Price Ranges

The price for custom work is heavily dependent on the project. Medium-size armor projects (such as a pair of pauldrons or a kidney belt) usually hover around $500, and larger armor projects tend to be around $3000.
Here are the main factors that increase cost:
  • Multiple colors
  • More pieces in the pattern
  • Modifying a pattern (making a pouch bigger, etc.)
  • More tooling
  • New artwork
  • Intricacy of designs
I have a range of products and designs available in the shop. Check there first to see if what you'd like is available.
Custom artwork can be added to existing products for $10-$50. If it's a design I can use for other pieces, it will be discounted. Modifications can also be made to my existing designs, like turning a squid into an octopus or putting a different animal head on a zoomorphic knot. A very small adjustment, like putting a horn on a horse to make a unicorn, will add nothing to the cost.
